Clean and 15 minute walk to old town. Rooms & bathroom are small but clean and modern. Good breakfast range. It's on a main road so there is some noise.

Did you forget something at the hotel? Forget it! You'll never get it back!

It was really disappointing to forget a phone charger at the hotel’s room and never get it back. I felt that I was stolen! I’ve tried to reach the hotel’s administrator, with no success during the weekend. No one even bother answering my e-mail. When I finally made the contact by phone (an international call), I was informed that nobody has found anything at the room. Impossible to believe that! Really frustrating to experience that situation.

My sister and I stayed here for four nights when we visited Strasbourg in October 2024, and we had a wonderful time. Strasbourg still today has a strong Germanic influence, and that showed in the hotel’s breakfasts, as there were lots of delicious cold meats available such as Frankfurter sausages (unusually for France!). There were also typical French dishes such as a variety of cheeses, and then there were also baguettes and croissants, which were all very tasty. We only had dinner once in the hotel, but it was served quickly and was delicious.The room itself was comfortable and we slept well and were not disturbed by any noise. The hotel was around ten minutes from the train station, and twenty minutes from the city centre, so very walkable. All in all, a great stay at a fabulous hotel!

Cold in winter.

The location is more or less ok. The breakfast also not bed.Rooms like most of french hotels, when you open bathroom door just hinting your bed. Was VEry Cold in the room. The heating was adjustable but on max it was very cold. Not recommended for winter time visits.

At first it seemed like this hotel was further from the train station than I thought it would be, but once we got acclimated, it was pretty convenient to most things we did and we walked everywhere. Plus the Modern Art Museum was right next door. Nice folks at reception, a little lounge area in the lobby plus they had water out for people. The hotel was well priced but our room was pretty small and there was a slight sewer smell in the bathroom. And I'd love for hotels to provide a top sheet on beds again cuz a duvet gets way too hot. Not sure what's up with all the crows (or similar looking birds) but they were going crazy outside every day at 7AM and 7PM.
