Spotlessly clean, good location hotel

Wonderful location opposite the station and spotless rooms. We upgraded to Deluxe Double and well worth the money. For some reason our air con turned off in the night and with temperatures of 34c, that was a pain. I woke up hot and reset the air con every night! No bar but we sat in reception playing cards and brought in our own wine, no one told us off, reception staff too charming and helpful.If I came back to Strasbourg I would happily stay here. Good location for station and historic centre.

Just across from rail station, so great if you are travelling like that. Rooms are a good size and have good bathrooms. No kettle should you want to make tea/coffee in the morning. The breakfast in the morning was very good and plenty of seating.You are really close to the historic area too, a ten/fifteen minutes to the beautiful cathedral and easy to explore the wonderful historic streets. The hotel is a dump! Our room looked NOTHING like the photos. AC Cuts off at night and furniture looks like it was bought at a yard sale. The only good thing was the location. The hotel is located just in front of the train station and tram. The staff are friendly and helpful they upgraded me to a spacious room with amazing view. Breakfast is varied and delicious.
