Spent two nights at Les Jardins d'Adalric in June as a family of four. We had a family room, which we selected for extra space, needed with two teens. Disappointed in the cramped room, dangerous stairs, and non functional kitchenette. Example: the only way to plug in the microwave was to physically pick it up (it's heavy!) and set it on the floor where it could reach an outlet. There it blocked access to the one bathroom. I was constantly worried about one of us taking a fall down the stairs, and I can't imagine why there was a dining table on the loft level as it would be foolhardy to carry dishes up and down the staircase. The room is an attic and has very few "normal" walls, they are mostly angled, so we constantly bumped our heads. The room was furnished with a random assortment of old chairs, worn out couches, and breakable vases, very odd choice for a "family" room and if you have small children, I wouldn't even think about it. We were so uncomfortable and dissatisfied that we checked out early but nobody at the hotel inquired why; I do not think they are interested in Americans or perhaps families - or, perhaps more likely, they are well aware of the shortcomings of their rooms. I should also note the receptionist said we could use the outdoor tables to eat takeout dinner, but could not drink our own wine, purchased that day along the Route du Vin, because the hotel bar sells wine. It is a wine tourism region??? This seems very bizarre to me and not really supporting the local wineries or the Route du Vin experience. Finally, the shower "door" is a half-door that does nothing to stop the water from flooding the bathroom floor. I appreciated the free parking and functional Wifi. Otherwise, I regret staying there.

Almost perfect, just enough for 5 stars review

We had a huge family room for two adults and a kid, which had a bathroom and two single beds downstairs and updairs (under the roof) a big king size bed an another single bed. The bathroom was also with a good size and had a bathtub. The two drawbacks of the room were the door to the elevator room upstairs which was not preventing all noises, you could hear the engine a bit. Additionally, the air conditioning cools the upper part of the room, the lower might still be quite warm as the opening for the stairs is not big enough for a fair exchange of air.The breakfast was ok, especially for france, but could really need more choices for cheese and sausages, though most of the guests where either german or dutch. Our daughter loved the small pool in the garden, for adults to swim it is to short or missing a counter current.

Very nice garden and very friendly staff

Got a very nice and functional room for 2 adults and a teenager - good space and 3 real beds (not sofa bed as the 3rd one).Staff very committed and friendly.Breakfast with good quality food and a very nice garden + fine pool area. The pool is not big, but guess often sufficient for the number of rooms/guests.We were though a bit unlicky: For two of the days the pool area was more or less hijacked by a family with 2 very noisy children (and the parents, placed in the sunbed, also just shouting back to children) - and the pool "filled" with their big beach toys/animals.Bottom line: High value for money.

Good parking, easy to get to and secure. Hotel is at a good location (next to train station). Could easily walk to train station and take train to Strasbourg. Very friendly staff. I would stay here again.

I was at this hotel for 3 nights during business trip. Clear and nice rooms. Breakfast the same as in the other hotels - nothing special, but tasty and enough for morning. Stuff very pleasant and helpful. The supermarket and MCdonalds is close to the hotel. Stuff very pleasant and helpful. Girl from reception helped to order the taxi and prepared breakfest for morning. Thank you ))
