I stayed for 3 nights and had an enjoyable stay. Friendly and efficient staff, perfectly located with free parking, a nice breakfast and a lovely poolside eating and lounging area. Just a 4 as rooms are a little worn, in-room safe erratic and the to didn’t work well…But again very friendly staff members who were prompt and welcoming.

Lea is a wonderful barmaid and provided great service making my experience at Hotel Mercure a wonderful experience. She was friendly, professsional and has a wonderful sense of humor. I recommend this hotel highly because you feel well taken care of by staff that goes out of their way to ensure your needs. Bravo to Léa and her colleagues for a wonderful synergy and team spirit...even short staffed Lea manages to smile!

Good budget hotel with a pool

This was the cheapest hotel on our 3 week tour and got chosen more for its swimming pool than anything else. Excellent breakfast. But the buffet setting rather ran a coach and horses through any social distancing. Every spoon, every fork, every coffee machine button all touched by goodness how many guests.

We stayed in the Mercure for a few days (actually we are still here for one more night) and had a really great time. The hotel is very comfortable, with brand new stylish furniture throughout, the rooms are a good size, the beds very comfortable and everything is spotless. The pool is superb, a great place to relax and lay out if you are not headed to the beach. (Tip: If you intend to visit Porquerolles I believe you can get tickets in the Hyeres tourist office ahead of time, which allow you to skip the queue of hundred of people in the morning waiting to board the ferry, as you can't book online). We ate dinner in the restaurant here in the hotel one night and it was good, and the breakfast is nice too with a good selection to choose from. Also, the staff are wonderful, very friendly, accommodating, and generous. If you are planning to check out Hyeres old town it is an easy and safe 10 - 15 minute walk. Thoroughly pleased with our stay here, highly recommend if you are visiting Hyeres or Giens peninsula.

We stay only one night in this hotel, the employee were very helpful, the room was large and very beautiful design, perfect cleanness. Once in a while, Accor hotels give a very good experience. We recommend this hotel.
