  Great apartment, clean and comfortable, as shown on the hotel website. Did not hear the neighbors during our stay. Warm welcome at check-in. Nicely situated near the train station, grocery stores and bakeries. Within 15min walk to major sights. Improvement to do is to provide a hand towel in the bathroom. In addition, a real dish cloth would be appreciated rather than the disposable one provided that leaves lint on the dishes.

  Outstanding location was the best feature here: half a block from the Canal du Midi & a 10 min. walk to train station & historic town center. Groceries, a bakery, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, bars, yoga studio, churches & promenades all a stone's throw away. Front desk staff were gracious. The bed was comfy, no dirty carpets, surprisingly quiet. Laundry room on site was helpful.Downsides: cheap towels not generously supplied, no housekeeping unless your stay exceeds 8 days (mine did), dirty kitchenette left to guests to clean & poor cleaning job. Dirty walls & window sills in kitchen area. Kitchen area of apparthotel needs a serious cleaning from hotel staff, not guests. Workout room provided but lame. 18 euro breakfast not worth it if you have food sensitivities.   Misleading and uncomfortable stay definitely not 4 stars

  We stayed 3 nights at Odalys Appart’hôtel Colombelie in Toulouse, and I regret booking it. The air conditioning was broken, and our room stayed at a sweltering 29°C. Staff lied the first night, saying it would be fixed, lied the second saying they would call someone to fix it. The next day, they admitted there was no solution, no fan, and no room change. After checking online, I found out this was not a one-off issue other guests have complained about the same, meaning they know about it and just stall. My son was already unwell, and the excessive heat caused a high fever the second day, making it a very stressful stay. • The room was poorly maintained: • Shower rail was broken • Water leaked everywhere after showers, with only one small towel for the floor • Towels smelled bad, and although we were 3 people, only 2 towels were provided • Need fresh towels or floor cleaning? Expect to pay extra for basic services see attached photo. • About parking: the receptionist said the hotel parking (12€/night) was cheaper than public street parking, claiming street parking could cost 35€ per day. That’s completely false. I just paid 3.31 € for 18 hours, and the actual 24-hour cost would be around 4.27 €, including the app’s service fee (see attached image). The hotel’s rate is nearly 3× more expensive, and their claim was clearly intended to mislead.In summary: this is not a 4-star experience. The facility is poorly maintained, and staff gave repeated false or misleading information.Avoid this place especially if you’re traveling with children or want a stress-free stay. You’re better off spending a bit more elsewhere and actually getting what you pay for!
