    A cheap hotel, but still very convenient and tidy

    Room, bathroom, beds, sheets, towels, furniture and breakfast were all good. No complaints and the staff was very helpful.Maybe a bit old fashioned, but nothing was lacking. The room was also tidy.We had a room at the backside with view on the castle. Some noise of other rooms, but nothing unbearable.

    Unpleasant Stay: More a Museum of Hospitality Than a Hotel

    Very poor accommodation. Old, dust everywhere, and mold in the shower. I felt really bad here. The rooms are very old, as is the furniture. It looks more like a museum of hospitality than a hotel. But there are people who find it suitable, as it mainly accommodates retirees. The tea cups are made of plastic and are espresso-sized. There aren't even outlets near the bed.

    The hotel is slightly off the city centre, so if you feel like walking an extra 5 mins but saving a couple of bucks, you should go for it. The staff was gentle and kind, can't say the same for cleanliness though. There were stains on the wallpaper behind the bed and remnants of left over chewing gum. The wifi connection wasn't the best either - while I could connect to the network, I had to restart the connection several times before finally being able to connect. Overall it was okay, but definitely nothing to write home about.

    Four night stay...front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping were awful...our room (201) was attended once in the four nights were stayed, had to repeatedly request a clean towel and toilet paper. Hotel is well placed for city centre.

    I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. There was a plentiful choice of fresh food at breakfast which was freshly topped up by the staff. On my next visit to Toulouse, this will be my first choice of hotel for my stay. I highly recommend.
