  I had a nice stay of 2 nights in this good quality hotel especially when we are invited lol.Bedding and rooms in general are of high quality.I enjoyed the 332 across the street from the Space City.The restaurant is quantitative for a respectable quality except for fries too soft for my taste.The manager Cécil manages with seriousness and humor.That's nice.   Nothing to say. Ideally placed to return from a day to the space city. My daughter loved the Asian bathroom decor. The restaurants are copious.   An experience at the top thank you for your warm welcome the staff is really topsiose attentive from start to finish. You can feel the attention to detail. The atmosphere is friendly and pleasant, perfect for a romantic moment. The value for money is quite correct considering the quality attendant I highly recommend this establishment again a real thank you to all.   Terrible!! Avoid at all costs!!

  The description for the motel is not accurate. It is something from 1980's in an industrial park next to abandoned buildings. A homeless camp was near by that we passed on our way to the property. Upon arrival I knew this hotel was substandard, and did not feel like it was in a safe area. The parking lot was fenced and the property was too. Paint was peeling off the front of the building facing the street. It was across from what was a spaceship museum that appeared to be closed. There were several shabby motels adjacent to this one too. Itold the person at the desk I did not want to stay at the property as I did not feel it was in a safe area. They told me since I booked the room through a 3rd party at a non refundable rate, there was nothing they could do. I asked to see the room before checking in. It was a crowded room with a full size bed and two bunk beds with fake wood furniture. I told the person who showed it to me I would not stay in it. They showed me a 2nd room without bunk beds. I told them if I was unable to cancel my reservation, I would take that room. After spending several hours trying to cancel the reservation, only to get no resolution because TripAdvisor was unable to access their software, we returned to the hotel only to find that they had not done so, and rented it to someone else. The front desk clerk told me that I should be glad to have a clean place to sleep as there were homeless people who were not so lucky. I don't know that they were staying at this motel, but they were near by. Totally inappropriate. When we went down for breakfast the next am, that was prepaid for at 9:30 am, we were informed they had stopped breakfast at 9 am, and they refused to refund the charge. There was no information about breakfast service on the key card holder, the phone in the room did not work, nor was their any signage in the room about their service hours. Terrible experience. This place no more deserves a 4. 6 rating than a Motel 6.
