I stayed here expecting a proper 4-star experience, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to that standard. The room itself felt quite basic — cheap furniture, the smallest TV I’ve ever seen in a hotel, and a bathroom that had an unpleasant sewer smell. Coffee and tea weren’t replenished during my stay, and there were only two towels provided.The breakfast was disappointing, especially for the €18 price tag. The selection and quality didn’t justify the cost — honestly, you’re better off skipping it (I didn’t see anyone else at breakfast either).Wi-Fi signal was extremely weak to the point of being unusable, and when I asked to change rooms, the front desk staff were unfriendly and unwilling to help. Definitely not the level of service or comfort you’d expect from a 4-star hotel.

The staff at this hotel could not be more helpful, but once again I am staying in a hotel with next to no internet. Do not stay here if you want to use your computer for organizing future travel plans. I don’t understand why they can’t get it to work

Good hotel close to all amenities

Booked this up to go to Toulouse rugby for a couple of nights , good size room, excellent wet room/ensuite, great position in the city. Good basic hotel, good value. Close to the metro and many good bars and restaurants. Staff were very helpful. We did not have the breakfast as there is a great bar just over the road. Would stay there again

Stayed here this weekend just gone and can’t complain about anything.Perfect location, nice and central to everything we needed.Staff extremely friendly and helpful.Room spacious and clean, and bed was so comfortable.Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable and convenient in the heart of Toulouse

The exterior is old but the interior is modern. This small hotel is very convenient to the downtown and an easy ride from the airport by bus. The bus stop is less than 5 minutes walk. There are many nearby restaurants and it is a short walk to the historic areas of Toulouse. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
