Great hotel close to airport and good price
09 Aug 2023
After a gruelling journey,we arrived in reception about 8pm. The receptionist was brilliant - friendly, helpful, kind to the kids. The room was beyond expectations - a little kitchenette, good bathroom, sofa bed for us, double bed for the kids. Very clean, well equipped. The bar was open, the restaurant unfortunately not, bit the wine was good, the hotel staff lovely. Can't recommend enough.

DO NOT STAY HERE, THE LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOWN BY MANAGEMENT IS LAUGHABLE!
01 Jul 2023
Awful customer service, my advice is DO NOT stay here! It seems all the the Management do in this hotel is ignore any correspondence you send them and rip you off! Do yourself a favour and find a better hotel to stay in when visiting Toulouse.

Good apart style hotel.

I usually stay here as it is convenient for business. The location other than that is out of the way to say the least. There is nothing with in easy reach by walking, no restaurants or shopping. The rooms are always clean and are good to spend a few nights in. The restaurant is pretty good and the breakfast is decent. saneladesic, Responsable relations clients at Clarion Aparthotel Toulouse Le Parc De L'escale, responded to this review Dear "microndesign",We would like to thank you for your feedback. It allows us to improve our facilities and equipments. Is it true our residence isn't located in the city center. But you can find everything you need close to our residence. Do not hesitate to ask directly to the reception, they will be happy to give you some advices and their favorites spots. For your information, some suprises are coming in 2020.We hope to welcome you again,Have a wonderful day,Kindest RegardsCéline - Guest Relation Manager
