    They a have the standard Arctic duvets in a room that can’t be cooled below 20C and there is one of the noisiest bars in Toulouse right across the road. The rest of the hotel was decent (a bit outdated) and breakfast was good but as far as I’m concerned, a hotel where you can’t get a good night’s sleep is no good.

    Rooms are spacious, well planned out, clean... and they have walk-in showers! Kitchens have everything one needs to cook with! Rare are the rooms in Europe with table and chairs, which is what we always search for. The hotel offers great service and its location is ideal! We have been here at least five times in the past three years. Highly recommended!!!

    Great facilities, great locatiion

    The apparthotel is conveniently located 5 min from the railway station, 15 min from the city center and 5 min from the bus station where the airport bus stops. The facilities are very good, parricularly the kitchen with fridge and microwave oven. We didnt't have a coffee machine, but we asked at the reception and they gave us one. We also got a room upgrade which we appreciated. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only disadvantage was that we were charged a deposit at check-in although we paid upfront for the entire stay, which affected our budget, as we did not know about it. We got the deposit back after departure but it took 5 days until the sum got back in my account. Another minor inconvenience was the fact that they are redecorating the facade and they were working right in front of our window. Probably this is why we got an upgrade, although they might have found a room at a higher level where there were no works and not right above the kitcgen. We felt the smell of fried bacon starting 5 a.m. every morning. Otherwise great sunset view.

    Very practical place to stay

    Central hotel convenient for metro, shops and restaurants.Also lovely walk along the canal from just up the road which we didn't explore until the day we were leaving. Very clean apartment with well stocked mini kitchen, containing large fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, hob and lots of plates, glasses and utensils. Extremely comfortable bed and room quiet. Hotel was undergoing refurbishment so scaffolding outside our balcony but no issue at all.Staff very helpful, couldn't fault it. Great value for money. Plenty of places to eat out and /or buy food. Other than cereal, ate out each day.

    Looking a bit tired

    We recently stayed 2 nights in a spacious one bedroom apartment. Having the space was good and it was great having a kitchenette but the room was tired with rips in the curtains. The entrance to reception was a bit confusing as the facade is being renovated. The location was good if you needed the train station but a bit removed from the Old Town. Paid parking was available nearby but remember to take your ticket with you to get back in.
