This hotel is located in the centre of Toulouse, just a stone’s throw from the main attractions of the city, such as the Canal du Midi (100 m away), the Basilica of St. Sernin (600 m away), the Capitole de Toulouse and its square (900 m away) and the Toulouse markets 500 m away. The hotel is situated next to Toulouse-Matabiau main railway station, between the terminus airport shuttle and Marengo SNCF Métro station, providing perfect public transport links.

Facility

The hotel was built in 1856. The hotel has 56 non-smoking rooms, including 9 single rooms and 45 double rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing.     The hotel has parking literally a few doors away which is a blessing in a city. They send the codes to access the gates beforehand which makes it very easy. The place looks like some rundown big garage but there are pigeons inside so the cars get very dirty. In terms of rooms, we had a good room but the bathroom is very small. They can also do with a couple of harder pillows. There is a lift but still 4 steps to haul luggage up before you get to it. Breakfast is basic but good. Staff is nice and polite. Place is clean. The area it is in is not too great.     Charming and friendly hotel near the main station and walking distance to centre of town. Housed i n an old building it exudes atmosphere. The breakfast is really exceptional with organic and home made choices, and can be taken in an inner courtyard in fine weather. They were especially helpful to us with storing our bicycles and baggage. Highly recommended.     Great hotel for 4 hour layover

    I found this little gem of a hotel when i had a 4 hour train stopover. Did not stay at but ate there and left my luggage while i did a city trip. Nice quiet working area with good wifi. Menu very value, staff great and a secure location for my bags.     Nice, clean hotel a short walk from the train station and metro. Room was spacious enough for my family of three, and we enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Beds were firmer than I prefer and the street front room was a little noisy, but overall good experience.     Good for walking if fit into city.

    Toulouse isnt a large centre but this is just a bit too far out from sights if you cannot walk easily ( my wife had a foot injury) and the bus flow is a bit of a walk.Metro at SNCF Station is a fair hike too.Has 3 mini markets nearby.Breakfast kept us going well incl hot and cold elements.Rooms are a bit more basic than expected with only 2 or 3 each floor with windows to the street others overlook the internal hallway.Obvs handy for Gare and car hire.
