Location

This hotel is located in the centre of Toulouse, near the business centre, the congress centre and numerous entertainment venues. Toulouse - Blagnac Airport is 15 min away by public transport.

Facility

The hotel has 15 single rooms and 20 double rooms, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (for a fee).     A pleasant small hotel, not full of character but good value and comfortable. When I visited most staff were friendly and helpful, although the receptionist on duty when I arrived to drop off luggage was a bit chilly. Breakfast is good with a decent choice, including some cooked dishes. Teas, coffee and snacks are available all day, which is a plus. The hotel is an easy walk from the train station, a bit further from the city's main sites but all very walkable. I'd happily stay there again.     The location of this hotel is great: just about 8 minutes from Place du Capitole. The front-desk staff was always helpful, courteous, and welcoming. Unfortunately, the room was definitely too small for two people: no place to open our luggage or to hang our clothes (there was a very short clothes hanging bar); there was no mini bar and the tv was not a smart tv so we couldn't connect our devices to access our platforms. The window blind was broken, and the room was pretty dark as one of our major lamps wasn't working. There is only one elevator that also functions as a service elevator, so it's not very convenient if you are on an upper floor. Not a 4-star hotel experience.     A lovely place to stay

    I chose this hotel for its location for an event I was attending and I was pleasantly surprised by its quality. Easily accessible from the airport by public transport, a few minutes walk from Jeanne D Arc metro station. The room was nicely decorated and had possibly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. There were plenty of plug sockets including fast usb ones and a TV bigger than I have at home! Tea and coffee making facilities were available in the room and the hotel foyer. The wifi was excellent. Breakfast was well presented with a good choice of continental breakfast. There were hot choices as well but I didnt try any of those. The staff were pleasant and bilingual. I would definitely stay here again

    This little hotel was fantastic,....great location, easy access to Gare Matabiau, Joan D'Arc Metro station and most of the must do things in Toulouse were very walkable,....the staff were really friendly and so helpful and great fun,......rooms were clean and tidy and had everything that was needed for my budget. We did not go for the breakfast option, but it looked good, but fortunately we managed to get plenty of free chocolatines and croissants, alongside the free coffee, after the breakfast guests had finished, as we were pretty late getting up, most days ! Thank you staff at Hotel Innes for making our stay a very enjoyable one !
