  BED BUG / Not clean

  There was BED BUG in my room, I have now big red buttons because my skin is sensible to such thing, and I couldn't sleep. Than I canceled the second night because I couldn't sleep in the hotel anymore. I payed for two nights and slept 3 hours from the first one only. I wasted my money on nothing. The hotel wasn't clean at all. Room and toilets are in terrible conditions.

  Yes, I had a good idea what to expect when I booked, so I can't say I was surprised at what was offered, but I was still left feeling disappointed. Let's start with the positives. The hotel staff were friendly, although not particularly enthousiastic, and my room was clean, as was the shower and the bedding. Unfortunately, that's about it. Things almost started badly in finding the hotel, as it is cunningly concealed behind trees, and if coming from the peripherique, there is no signage. The decor throughout is awful, and I didn't like walking past piled up bags of (presumably) dirty linen in the hallway. The room itself was very small, with an ensuite shower/WC, and there was little or no room to move around the bed (the only furniture in the room). There is no wardrobe space so, as I was staying to two nights, I had to put my clothing on the bed - not ideal. The shower was OK, but there is no room to dry oneself (assuming you've remembered to bring a towel). I had to sleep with the GF window open as the AC unit was too noisy, so was frequently woken by noisy guests outside. The bed was not comfortable. Breakfast was very basic and, if you want coffee, be prepared to get up to ask the staff member to use their pass each time you want a cup. Finally, I didn't think my hotel room was cheap and at the end of the day, not value for money. Sorry, F1, but I won't be coming back.

  Intended to go there with familly for 1 night but ended up cancelling since room smelt to tobacco, toilet was shared and hotel was used by homeless people. We asked for a cancellation which we have not yet received.

  Fantastic location for Ramonville, Budget hotel that was clean with helpful staff. Got a good nights sleep without having to check out early after a late night watching Placebo play. Price was unbeatable at 17 Euro for a twin room. Breakfast was available for around 3 Euro. Good choice for backpackers who like to fill their sacks up before they travel on :-)
