    An average stay at this budget hotelThe welcome at reception was fine, but nothing special, the room much the same, basic but serviceable. It's a quick 10 minute walk into the city centre. Overall it was a great place to say if you want a cheap overnight in Toulouse.

    Very unfriendly staff. Staff not helpful at all. They refused to issue a bill. The hotel is rather basic and heavily overpriced. The location is not very good. There is nothing around in the area. It is a long walk to the city center. The breakfast is very simple.

    The staff were very friendly and attentive, certainly a positive aspect in any hotel experience.The room was clean and tidy and overall comfortable, with a good bed and TV.For the price, it is without a doubt an excellent deal!Keep it up with the good work!

    I stayed here from 14th - 17th January, our eldest daughter was starting Erasmus in a University in Toulouse and this hotel was an ideal base to be near her accommodation and close to the City Center. I have to compliment the man on check in ( sorry I didn't get his name) as he was a pleasure to deal with and so friendly and efficient - my daughter's student accommodation wasn't ready on arrival so we had to upgrade to a larger room - and it was no hassle at all. The Hotel was an ideal base to explore beautiful Toulouse. The Rooms were ideal,and the staff were fantastic. Check in and Check out was painless and unfortunately we never got to taste the Breakfast as my girls wouldn't be up for 10.30am - hopefully the next time. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay here again when we come to Toulouse.

    I stayed at this Ibis Budget and thought it was great. Very close to the train station and walking distance to city centre. The neighborhood is quiet with restaurants within a 10 minute walk. It is right next to the Canal du Midi, which is a UNESCO heritage site.
