  I stayed here a few years ago, all new staff now. Check in was good, fairly quick even though I'd done the pre register thing! I decided to eat in the restaurant and my steak was very nice, be nice if it came with some salad!! The second day I went straight to my room.....key didnt work, went to reception, he redid the key, I walked back to my room.....key didnt work, walked back to reception again, this time the guy gave me a new key, I walked back to my room......key didnt work!!!!!! Obviously some system error going on, as there were several other guests with the same problem I think, the guy had to come and open my door with a master key. I went down to the bar for a beer a little later, the guy who checked me in the previous night was there, I told him about the problem, he gave me another new key which luckily did work when I got back to my room.

  You might say that the "L" in Ibis stands for luxury. We often stay around Blagnac Airport waiting for early flights I thought I would try Ibis this time. It is probably the very cheapest option within easy walking distance of the airport. On the plus side, it had a car park, the staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke several languages, the whole place on our stay was spotlessly clean, there was enough room for two adults and a teenager to sleep, the room was quiet so far as traffic and aircraft were concerned. The window opened. The room has a shower sink and loo, there were plenty of plugs and even USB plugs for phones etc. there is a bus stop outside the hotel to take you to the airport and they offer a breakfast for a little extra. Also two vending machines in reception for 24 hour snacks and drinks. Lift to all floors.On the minus side the noise from adjoining rooms was very high, the room was very warm, too warm in February with no obvious way to lower it except open window which allows outside noise in, In Summer in Toulouse I would imagine it would be unpleasant, the loo door has no catch or lock of any type just a swinging piece of wood, the shower is effectively in the bedroom so you sort or step out into the bedroom. And the pillow was like a cushion of a chair so we rolled up coats and filled it with clothes. On balance, it's very inexpensive and very close to the airport, so I would use it again, but most probably I would pay a little more and stay a little more comfortably somewhere else while travelling with my children, but would be happy to stay if as a couple or alone as it's so reasonably priced. Safe cheap and near are plusses, basic and cramped are minuses. It is what it is. A budget hotel and it does that well.

  The Ibis Toulouse Blagnac Aeroport was conveniently located near the airport with a shuttle service (6 euros charge) operating from 6am in the morning. The room I stayed in was small, bit tight between the end of the bed and the wall. Despite the small room size, it was adequate for a couple of days and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The room needed some updating. The hotel is generally clean throughout and every staff member I've met have been friendly and helpful. The friendliness of the team from reception to the restaurant made it a pleasant stay. The adjoining restaurant served mainly grill and food were flavoursome (small portions though). I would recommend staying at Ibis Toulouse Blagnac Aeroport for the convenient location, friendly staff, cleanliness (even though room was old), it's kept clean and the comfy bed.Only negative is the small bathroom and toilet laid out in awkward angle.   I found myself in Ibis Blagnog after being bumped off an easyJet flight due to over booking! I was there for 3 nights and 4 days. It was really hot! Like 45d outside. The air-conditioning saved me and finding uber eats delivers there also helped a lot.Lu and Matilde were great, I was caught out not having an adapter, (English to french) Lu found me one so I could keep my phone charged.   This was a really quiet and zen place to stay close to the airport. The staff were all very polite and helpful. The breakfast was pretty decent and most importantly, the beds were super comfortable. It’s only a short 17mins walk from the airport which was super convenient!
