not worth an IBIS !
05 May 2025
When arriving , they had no time for us as the restaurant was fully booked by a group and that was the priority. No towels in the room so we had to wait when the restaurant service was done to get them ! The receptionist made us clear that we did not have to expect cleaning in our room as they apply for a ECO label. Indeed no other bedsheets during 6 days (!), I have asked to empty daily the dustbin, at least! New towels only when we asked ! Breakfast was that like in an IBIS Budget. In short, it is a franchisee who wants to cut costs as much as possible. Positive things : great personnel for breakfast and big free parking. But for us, clients of IBIS for more than 30 years, never again in this one! IBIS HQ should intervene !!

I paid my reservation online. Had to reschedule my visit due to COVID and when we came for family visit we had to pay extra 25€ for the room! Which is in total 75€ ! For that price I would recommend better hotel . There was no drinking water in the room . We had to ask for it. Air conditioning was working so loud that it was impossible to sleep. Well we are happy we stayed there only one night.

Great airport hotel - would stay here again
04 Oct 2020
I stayed here before an early flight and (to be honest) was nervous about staying here/the quality of the room/noise etc. I spent a while comparing hotels in the area (incl a number of other Ibis hotels) as I really wanted a kettle/coffee machine in the room but didn't want to spend more than 50 EUR for a short stay and 5am start. The Ibis Purpan was so much better than expected - free parking, friendly check-in (despite it being just past 10pm), room (3rd floor) was warm, quiet, very clean, spacious, lovely bathroom with a powerful hot shower, very comfy bed, USB charging points. It looked recently renovated. What Ibis lacks is the kettle/tea/coffee and bathroom extras (there's a shower gel/hand soap attached to the wall but nothing more) but I nwasn't prepared to pay double the price for these luxuries. The 50 EUR I saved went towards a nice coffee and croissant at the airport :-). The tram makes aiport access really easy.

Convenient Location
10 May 2019
The hotel is just a few tram stops away from the airport, which is convenient if you are catching a flight the next day. Otherwise the area is pretty grim. Also, I stayed there in April and the room was a bit cold. Talin_CM, Responsable relations clients at ibis Toulouse Purpan, responded to this review Hello Julie,Thank you for your comment. It is a pleasure to read that you have appreciated the location of our hotel, between downtown and airport to reach these two areas very easily. We take note of your remark about the brightness and freshness felt in the rooms. All our rooms are equipped with reversible heating / air conditioning, maybe you have encountered a problem with one of our facilities and we beg you to excuse us if this has been the case.Looking forward to seeing you again in Toulouse.Best regards.
