The hotel is located in the centre of the beautiful city of Toulouse. The hotel was built in 1900. 5 suites and 42 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock.     I had a beautiful time at Le Grand Balcon. It was the refuge I was looking for my stay in Toulouse. I slept very well in the comfortable bed, the bathroom in the room is luxurious and tasteful, and everyone I encountered on the hotel team was exceptionally lovely. It was perfect, really.     Le Grand Balcon: a stylish hotel with a welcoming staff

    Only good things to say about this hotel. The staff is very friendly and professional, the location could not be better in the heart of Toulouse and the room was very clean, comfy and quiet in spite of the very central location of the hotel. The l'Occitane products are a nice touch, the shower works perfectly and the little table in the corner of the room is perfect for a coffee. A lot of details make this hotel feel luxurious and welcoming: sleepers, pen and paper, teas and coffees, thick towels and robes....and the decoration of course. The lounge downstairs is welcoming and I really appreciated the possibility to leave my luggage in order to enjoy a day in Toulouse before leaving again. I saw the statue being installed on the balcony and I hope to be able to come back soon to see the result. During the work the staff was setting up a different entrance for the hotel and was happy to explain what was going on. I liked the mixture of luxury and informality that makes the customer feel at ease and welcome. Thank you very much for a stay I will remember.     We were very happy with our six day stay. Hotel very clean. Staff was very helpful, friendly and efficient. Gratitude to Isaure, Bayi and Zohra. I received news that my sister passed away. I was extremely sad and emotional. Bayi and Zohra were a great comfort . They would check on me to make sure that I was ok and if I needed anything.
