    It's not the same hotel anymore.

    Since 2018 I have chosen this hotel to stay when i had to go to Toulouse for work. This last stay the hotel is very different. Cleaning as gone down a lot.I had to ask them to change the towels and add the toilet paper. They didn't always clean up. The pool and restaurant are closed. Unfortunately I no longer recommend it. The positive thing was that the reception staff went out of their way to make everything go smoothly.

    Whenever I visit Thales Alenia Space in Toulouse, I always choose to stay at residence Les Pins Galants in Tournefeuille. This is chiefly due to the location - it is an easy 15 minute drive to the office - but I must also say that the kitchenette provides extra flexibility if staying for several days as I often do: although the restaurant is very good quality and you are assured of a decent breakfast, sometimes one just needs something simple and light.The mini apartments are clean and nicely furnished, the staff are very friendly and I have always found it to be a much quieter option than to stay in the centre of Toulouse.

    The location and environment are interesting and nice. The reception and restaurant staff are very welcoming. The dinner service is suitable for the scope. The room are clean but they need some renovations, for example it's not present the air conditioning.

    We booked a roof for two persons with a small kitchen. The room was big and it had everything we needed. The kitchen had a small electrical stove, water cooker, a fridge and a dish washer. We thought the dish washer was a bit too much because there were not much dishes to wash anyway. But still, it was good enough to make our breakfast and lunches. The hotel also has a restaurant were you can have breakfast but for me as a healthy vegetarian there were not enough healthy vegetarian options, so I didn’t try this. We did not try the restaurant for dinner. The pool in the garden is very nice, but I don’t understand why it only opens until 10 am, which is unfortunate because on hot days it is nice to wake up with a nice swim!

    We stayed here for a week the junior suite was a good size for three of us. It would have been better if the bedroom had air conditioning it was very hot at night but the weather was exceptional 32 degrees in the day. We paid for breakfast which was plentiful & the waitress always asked if we had finished before clearing away. The only 'typical English' observation was that tea pots would be good & stronger tea bags. We had dinner here one night & it was very good the service friendly but professional. If you arrive at weekend the restaurant is not open for dinner which was a little irritating we had takeaway pizza. There is a supermarket not far so we bought food & drinks there. There were some other eating places in the town which are in walking distance. The pool was great & really made the difference as we were there for a week so spent one day just sun bathing. Overall we were very satisfied with the accommodation, facilities & helpful staff.
