    Great location in the city centre, ideal for visiting the city.The staff are both welcoming and helpful. Our room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable.Physically, the room was as described on the hotel website. However when we visited in the second week of May, the air-conditioning was not available - it would have helped if this seasonal air-conditioning had been made clear on the Accor website. Having booked a superior room with a balcony overlooking Rue Labeda, we had a lot of street noise when we opened the French windows to keep the room cool at night - partly our mistake for not realising that there were bars and a nightclub near by. Be warned, the locals are not quiet in the small hours of the morning.I did not take breakfast due to my food allergies, so the mini-fridge in the room was essential.Overall a very pleasant stay.Close to the metro and within walking distance of railway station .

    This is probably the fifth time of staying at this hotel, rooms very good with tv, fridge and tea coffee making facilities, the breakfast is well worth ordering, nice dinning room and plenty of hot and cold offerings, the hotel is ideally located for all areas within walking distance, it’s situated near a planted square which is a nice area to sit in the sun and people watch.

    Hotel's location is good, close to Place du Capitole. The parking (EUR 20) is a great feature which was one of the main consideration for us. It's pretty tight although I was able to drive our mid-size SUV thru the narrow entrance. The hotel is old and a renovation would be a must in a couple of years but it's OK for now. They claimed they installed a new online system so the check in took some 20 minutes.

    This hotel is in an excellent location in the centre of the city. Staff were very friendly and welcoming on arrival and during the stay. We booked a suite room which had plenty of space, giving us an extra room with a sofa bed, extra TV and wardrobe and additional seats. Amenities included dressing gown, slippers, tea, coffee machine, mini fridge (with just one bottle of water and coke), hairdryer and towels. I probably wouldn't say this is a 4* hotel as the room definitely needed a refresh with missing skirting boards, peeling wallpaper, dust on the top shelf and door frame, and broken air con in the one room. The room faced the courtyard and seemed fairly soundproof from neighbours, but unfortunately we were located next to the elevators which you could hear going up and down all night. We didn't eat at the hotel as there are plenty of Cafe's and Restaurants in the area.I would recommend this hotel based on location and space provided in the suite room, but there may be better 4* hotels for value in the area.

    I’ve been using Novotel hotels all over the world but this is far the worst where I’ve been.First of all the room had a tiny night table where I couldn’t put my phone and glasses… second there were holes in the wall, and several stains all over (on the carpet, on the walls, on the windows).The air conditioning was not properly working, but it was impossible to sleep with the windows open due to the noise outside (which is normal give the location). It was definitely too worm at night. I had a room with breakfast included. Otherwise I would have never paid 20€ for it.Lastly, every time your neighbors walk, the walls shake like crazy. I was woke up at 5:30 because in the room above they were packing. Unacceptable.The only nice thing of the hotel is the location. Not recommended.
