  There was a disgusting substance on the walls and sheets and the place stank of cigarettes. Never ever come here unless you want to be treated appallingly by staff or ripped off.

  Room key not working

  Very poor service we had a problem with our room key last night. It stopped working and we could not access our room when we returned from a night out around midnight. There was nobody at the reception desk to help us until 9am the this morning which I find unbelevable, I had to sleep on the floor of one of our other friends rooms which was very uncomfortable. My friend had to also stay in another friends room which was cramped and uncomfortable.The out of hours contact number kept going straight to voicemail. I cannot understand why the hotel reception is not manned 24/7 as there is potential for things to go wrong or guests to need assistance. We ended up only spending one night of the two we had paid for in our own room. We were eventually able to get back into our room at 0845 when someone finally arrived at reception.I was hoping for some empathy from the staff who arrived and we would be able to have a later check out to compensate us for the previous evening. All we were offered was a two hour extension on check out which was midday.I think this needs to be looked at for the future I have never stayed at a hotel before where there are no staff on duty round the clock to assist guests.

  Overall good except for reception hours

  The location is pretty close to the airport and there are busses going to the city center, the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast very good. All perfect there. To my understanding, there was also a swimming pool and spa services, but since I didn't use them, I cannot say about the quality.My only discomfort came from the fact that most of the times I needed to go to the reception, I found it closed since their working hours are very short, with a fairly large break at noon. For me, this meant at some point that the room access card stopped working (since it hadn't been prolonged for a 2nd reservation I had, but did receive the OK to keep the same room), and I had nobody at the reception to update the card access so that I could enter my room. With this occasion, at least I can attest to the fact that the sofa in the lobby is comfortable :)

  If you want to feel like staying in The block of a slum, then this is the place. There’s no control at all of the guests, as soon as the reception closes. The room stank of tobacco to the point to make you feel sick. Option offered: another room with air conditioning inop. Continuous noise, even from people (apparently guests) with the stereos of their cars playing music aloud at the main entrance of the building (thus, underneath the windows of the rooms). Bags with all kind of garbage (also organic) leaning on the wall for several hours. Cheap, thin and uncomfortable foam mattress I moved to another hotel, eventually, since I needed to have rest in order to attend my work every morning.   It's definitely not the best place I have been. The rooms were very noisy (street) and the cleaning was very light. In 12 weeks, trash bins have never been emptied and the floor has never been cleaned.The good things, they have a nice and warm swimming pool and the location is very close from Airbus.
