    Extremely convenient- just a ten minute walk through the terminal- no navette to worry about. Welcoming at reception and very efficient, spacious room, large comfortable bed. Restaurant served good food, although the service was a bit slow and not particularly welcoming. For a stop over before or after a flight it really was overall highly recommended- although you pay for the convenience as it is relatively expensive.

    So nice to be out of the rain and not having to climb on a bus with luggage in order to access the hotel and/or car hire and/or TLS airport. Walking everywhere with my rolling luggage. And the room appointed for the traveler, rather than a one-night stay occupant. I will come here again as I fly in to this greater area of France to visit family.     3-star hotel & not worth the airport convenience.

    The superior room was not superior: - the room was small, the bathroom tiny, toilet paper one-ply, even the toiletries were low quality as was the furniture.- the bed was too hard, could use a topper for comfort.- the air conditioner didn't work well and didn't go below 18°C plus the window didn't open, so it was very warm and there was no fresh air.- the dinner at the restaurant was ok, but too expensive for the quality as were the mini-bar.- only good things were that the room was clean and had good sound proofing, and that the hotel is pet-friendly (€25 extra) and has free parking (first-come-first-serve)- room 516 is to the back and not over the airport runways, but over the hotel loading dock.Overall a 3 star hotel not 4 star at a very noisy location.Left after a very bad 5 hour sleep.At check-out I told the staff about the experience who gave me excuses with a lecturing attitude.The NH is not worth the short walk to the gates and I will stay back at the Raddison next time, which is a nicer hotel with an easy and fast airport shuttle (3 min drive, 10 min walk) and also friendlier service, bigger rooms, nicer restaurant, and a free parking garage with paid long-term parking available.     Annoying expérience at Lunc buffet

    I have this time just stopped last friday for a lunch . Qualiy of food quite ok with but what i did not appreciate is staff already cleaning and taking the budget away whist still tables occupied with guests enjoining their lunch.Eben if the buffet closes at 1400 hars it would be polite to wait untel guests left Also preparing the tables for evening dinner while still people at lunch is not done and not polite It was only 1430 hrs .Not the immage of the service i am used to get at NH Hope this is exceptionel and do not take us for irregular guests Thank you Jérémy De Lemos, General Manager at NH Toulouse Airport, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for sharing your feedback with us.     Very clean and super convenient without needing to go out side from or to your gates. If you have an early flight it perfect!!!
