    An excellent base in Toulouse

    rating03 Mar 2026

We had a wonderful stay. Comfortable and well-stocked rooms with a little kitchenette, quiet location yet just steps from the train station and a pleasant walk into the heart of the city. Friendly front desk staff and a very easy after-hours check-in procedure. No frills and nothing fancy, but if you're looking for a home base in Toulouse that has everything you need to enjoy the surrounding area, this is a great option. Matthieu Cancian, Gestion de revenus at Privilege Appart-Hotel Saint-Exupery, responded to this review Dear Ashley,Thank you very much for choosing our establishment for your stay in Toulouse and for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. We are truly delighted to read that you had a wonderful stay and that our apartments provided a comfortable and well-equipped “home base” for your time in the Pink City. It is especially rewarding to know that you appreciated the quiet setting while still being just steps away from the train station and within easy walking distance of the historic centre, we agree that this balance makes exploring Toulouse particularly enjoyable.Your kind words about our front desk team mean a great deal to us. I will gladly pass on your compliments to them; they always strive to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience, including for late arrivals. We also appreciate your honest description of the atmosphere, practical, comfortable, and designed to offer everything essential for a pleasant stay. That is exactly the experience we aim to provide: independence, simplicity, and genuine hospitality. We hope you had a lovely time discovering Toulouse and its surroundings. It would be a pleasure to welcome you again on your next visit to the region.Warm regards,The team of the Saint Exupéry

    Perfect for family trip

    rating17 Aug 2025

Its location is perfect, as it's very central. It's best to reserve parking, as there are few spaces. They have a pool on the first floor, which is an oasis in the heat. The apartment is spacious, and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The service is perfect; they are very friendly. Matthieu Cancian, Gestion de revenus at Privilege Appart-Hotel Saint-Exupery, responded to this review Dear Mari,Thank you so much for sharing your impressions with us and, above all, for trusting us for your family trip to Toulouse. We’re truly delighted to know that the central location, the spacious apartment and the fully equipped kitchen helped make your stay enjoyable. It’s also wonderful to hear that you were able to take advantage of our pool during the hot days, it’s indeed a little oasis appreciated by many of our guests. You’re absolutely right regarding the parking: as we only have a limited number of spaces, we always recommend reserving in advance, and I’m glad you pointed this out for future travelers. Our team will be very touched by your kind words about their friendliness, they genuinely care about making every stay smooth and memorable. I hope your trip back home went well and that you keep fond memories of Toulouse. It would be a real pleasure to welcome you again whenever your travels bring you back to the city.Warm regards,
