    Clean friendly hotel in the center of Toulouse

    Pretty good location - next to one of the major walking streets and very short distance to landmarks like Pl Wilson and Marche Victor Hugo. Stayed for almost a week in a king room.The room was clean and well-appointed. A work desk, closet, safe, accessible electrical outlets and blackout curtains. Mini fright came with free water and Coke. There’s also a Carrefour city in the same block.A capsule coffee machine and a hot water kettle with tea bags provided. No robe or slippers.The bathroom included a fully enclosed shower cabin, a sink and a toilet. No bidet. Shampoo and body wash provided, no lotion, dental or shaving kits. Very welcome and attentive staff. Breakfast is 14 euros, must be booked in advance.Housekeeping was a bit inconsistent - one day the bed would be made up, the other one it wouldn’t. I don’t think the room was vacuumed daily, so they look to be running a limited service, unusual for a 3-star hotel. Some of the light fixtures (one bed light) didn’t work. No functional WiFi - the devices connect, but the router is not internet-connected (dhcp server issues a 169.254.. type address). Front desk staff was understanding and gave me a password for the lobby, but WiFi barely worked even there.So overall good clean place to stay, but don’t plan to work from your hotel room.

    Please rethink your bathrooms

    Welcoming staff, and great location. Plus a good breakfast some thoughtful giveaways BUT they need to totally rethink their bathrooms.Uncontrollable boiling hot shower, with the water making the shower control burning hot too. Large overhanging box blocking easy (male) access to loo. Box for a basin that doesn't drain - enough.

    Very decent hotel, not far (5 min walking) from Jean Jaurès metro station. Airport bus stops very close to the hotel. If you need supermarket or post office, they are 100 meters away. Some nice restaurants and bars are also in walking distance. It is located in a small street, not much noise in the room (probably it is soundproofed). Breakfast is good: scrambled eggs, bacon, cow and almond milk, cereals, various jams, bread, pastry, yoghurt, local cheeses, ham, home made waffles and banana bread, etc. My room (305) was for one person but big enough, has a safe box, comfy bed and pillows, wardrobe, shower, free bottle of water every day. Personnel is very nice and helpful, they answered my questions via chat and also booked a table in restaurant, when I asked them. The hotel is clean, not old, well maintained.

    Great little central hotel

    Stayed here for 3 nights last week and couldn’t really fault it. Small hotel but had everything you need. Rooms were spotlessly clean and well equipped, hairdryer, shower gel/cap, few other toiletries, a safe and a fridge with free water and coke which was replenished daily. Also a kettle with tea/coffee etc. Central location, only 5 -10 minutes walk to a big square with shops, bars and restaurants and also a short walk to the train station and metro. Only had the breakfast once but it was fine, the usual fare, cereal, eggs, bacon, pastries, juice and coffee. Staff were a little slow replenishing the juice and eggs but it was pretty busy that morning, seemed like everyone came down the same time. The reception staff were very helpful, special mention to Eric who gave us excellent advice on how to get to a stadium the other side of town to see a gig. Had to get a metro then a tram and he wrote it all down for us. Toulouse is a nice city and we would definitely stay here again if we returned.

    Best location for a few days in Toulouse. Very near to public transport, to supermarkets and main attractions in the city. A very welcoming and helpful staff who can speak English. Very clean and very quiet. A very comfortable and well lit room. Keep it up!
