  A useful base when visiting the beautiful red brick city of Toulouse. A purpose built block enjoying superb transport links into the city centre that also can be walked in forty minutes if needed.Our apartment had a separate kitchen and a super wide balcony that overlooked the Toulouse racecourse. We watched chariot racing from a comfy chair enjoying drinks.The apartment was clean and very functional and turned out to be a great place to stop.We loved it.

  Beware, this hotel chain scammed me (Marseille)!!!

  I went there around 3 months ago. I did a deposit of €200 that I am supposed to get back, but never saw it back, besides any promises, nothing happened. My next step is to claim a legal lawsuit against this company.So watch out, I would def. not trust them unless you don't care if you will get your money back.

  DRILLING BANGING HAMMERING!!!! TOO NOISY

  The first impression is not the best. It looks miserable and neglected. I arrived at 11:30 am and I asked for my room. They told me to wait until 3:00 to be located. Unfortunately, I have a disability issue with my leg so it was very painful for me to wait in the lobby for so long. Surprisingly, there were a lot of customers waiting for their rooms as well. During my waiting, I could observe the staff gathering in the restaurant, having coffee, eating, chatting and acting like they were on holidays. It seemed awkward because at that time they should have been cleaning up the rooms, since so many customers were already waiting. So at 1:30 I asked them again whether the room was ready. They answered as if they have forgotten about it and they tried to give me another room. They looked very unprofessional and they barely tried to speak in English. The world is not obliged to learn French ...!!!I was sent to a room on the 4th floor without being warned that it would be so noisy due to constructions taking place next to the room!!! Every day from 8:30 am till 4:00pm I can hear very loud banging, drilling and hammering. I am here for a seminar and I have to stay in the room the whole day. So I can't avoid all this noise and it is very annoying. Moreover, since I have a movement disability, it is very difficult to pack my things and change room.Another great issue is that there is no cleaning. They claim that the rooms are cleaned only once a week and if you are "lucky" enough to stay for 7 days, you will have it cleaned at some point. But for people who stay here only for 5 days, they have to do with dirty towels and bed linen. Not only that, but you are also obliged to take your own garbage to the bin outside the hotel. I have stayed to several apartment - hotels before and this is the first time I have faced such terrible conditions. Since there is no cleaning, no changing of towels, no taking out garbage,there is no good excuse for such a pricey stay. I definitely don't recommend it especially for families. The worst stay ever

  Booking.com cocked up our reservation, should have been 3 beds but they didn't tell the hotel that (the receptionist showed me their confirmation from booking.com)!The staff quickly set up a different room with 3 beds.Friendly staff, modern hotel and rooms with kitchenette.Tram stop 5-10mins walk away if you want to go into town (trams rum until midnight and until 3am on a Friday & Saturday).Highly recommended

  Just an uber ride away from city center

  I enjoyed staying here. Only one night but it was quiet and comfortable. You have a separate bedroom. The place was quite big. Had a kitchenette with cooking utensils and dishes and even a starter pack of dish soap. I didn't cook but used the fridge. I was able to use my firestick on the t.v. and catch a few shows when I was back from sightseeing. Uber is very easy from this hotel. The staff were nice too. Easy check in and out. Breakfast was ample and good.
