    I was over in Toulouse to visit my friend from Ireland for a few days and I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel and the city itself. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean which was great. The only downside was controlling the temperature of the room as no one could change the temperature on the control system itself, including staff. However the kind and helpful receptionist managed to help me with this situation as you can turn on the radiator in the bathrooms with the door open to be able to heat up the room more, the heat from the radiator lasts for 60 mins, but you can top it up once this has finished.

    Big room, nice to have a well-equipped kitchen. To improve: furniture was way too used (sofa, armchairs) and in general the area of the kitchen was not cleaned well. The bed was comfy and the block was quiet. Overall, we had a good stay.     Lovely stay. Good location and very comfortable space and beds. Parking wasn’t good and even if they say you can park outside, it’s super expensive and only for 2 hours. The 24h car park was €25 for the whole day. The service from reception was great and they were really nice. We did have to pay €0.50 for a coffee pod which I found a first

    I chose Residhotel because I needed a convenient location at a reasonable cost. The staff were helpful and friendly. When I arrived I was unclear about how to get in so I called a phone number posted on the door. The person was able to give me the punch code for the Toulouse location and voila! I got in. The breakfast is adequate— croissants, boiled eggs, cheese, ham, juice, and an espresso machine. What is lacking in this location is the decor. The carpets in hallways are old and stained as is the furniture in my room. The bathroom with shower only is modern and up to date. But, overall with a bit of redecoration, this hotel could be quite nice.
