Located in the historic and cultural heart of Toulouse, the hotel faces the Basilica of St. Sernin, just a 2-minute walk from Capitol. It is very close to the Jeanne d'Arc metro stop, affording easy access to the rest of the city. Various shopping venues are to be found some 100 m from the hotel. Toulouse-Matabiau train station is just a 10-minute walk away and Toulouse Blagnac Airport is approximately 10 km from the establishment.

Facility

The hotel was built in 1910. 17 rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.     Very beautiful hotel with great views and excellent service

    The location of St Sernin hotel is excellent, right by the Basilica St Sernin, the most beautiful place in Toulouse and very central. The service of the hotel (we booked directly) was really excellent. The hotel did their best to accommodate our requests. We were given a very beautiful room with fantastic views and even a bathtub (quite rare these days), as requested. The decor of the room was beautiful with nice furniture, a comfortable bed and a cosy atmosphere. The one thing that could be improved is, however, breakfast (which was not included and was quite pricey for what it was).

    Perfect base for exploring Toulouse (‘La Ville Rose' - the Pink City)

    24 hours in Toulouse (‘La Ville Rose' - the Pink City): we could not have hoped for a more perfect introduction to France 🇫🇷 than to have discovered this lovely art-boutique hotel. We absolutely loved Hotel Saint Sernin and our charming host Anin. Our stay was super comfortable, the perfect location for walking to many major sites, cafes and restaurants, plus so many surprising little touches - decor, troubadour themed artwork, continental breakfast in ‘la salon’, beautiful coffee table books, tips on places to eat and visit (oh and navigation assistance including to car parking). Merci becoupe for a wonderful stay.

    Wonderful service. Very comfortable bed. Excellent location. Whatever little things you will need ironed out, improved or need help with, doesn’t matter because they will instantly help you with everything you need. Parking in a safe parking garage across the road was a great bonus. Again the staff was extraordinarily kind and helpful. It’s very rare that I have received personal service of this quality at any hotel

    We stayed in this hotel a couple of times a few years ago and loved it, but we were very disappointed this time. Everything was chipped, scuffed and grubby. The room didn’t smell very nice - there was a dirty laundry hamper covered with Febreze odour about it. The toilet seat was broken and the bath was really dirty and I’m not entirely sure the bedding was clean. It also used to be in a nice quiet area, but there is now a club/bar a block over that is very raucous until about 2am - there were a couple of noisy drunken fights outside the hotel that disturbed our sleep. On the plus side the breakfast was fine, the staff were lovely and the views of the Basilique are still stunning. It’s such a shame as this hotel could be amazing, but it’s looking very neglected and shabby.

    Friendly and relaxing hotel

    A welcoming and very well-located hotel, to which we would happily return. Our Premium room was quiet, light and airy, had attractive contemporary decor, a very comfortable bed and a modern shower-room. The staff are great. We had some problems making our reservation from the UK, and the staff were patient and understanding as we sorted it out. When we arrived they were friendly and very helpful, giving us useful suggestions for restaurants and places to see.
