About Chateau De Jallanges
Built in 1465 on the site of a medieval fortress exiting from 1212, this castle was built by the King Louis XI. Louis XI built it for his Prime Minister and chose to use a mixture of bricks and stone, using the latest styles of architectural beauty. Gradually over time, the castle fell into ruins in the XXth century and was bought by its current owners in 1984. They continue to restore the Château to its former beauty by organising many events and gala evenings.
A pleasant ambience awaits guests in 5 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A tour desk is available to assist guests with booking excursions. The hotel offers a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library.
