    This hotel is a budget hotel and so I've rated it as average. There's nothing bad about it but, as it's a budget hotel, it's rather average. It's clean and tidy with parking. The staff were helpful and friendly and the food was ok. The seevice would benefit from being a little quicker.

    Used as a base whilst visiting local hospital. Absolutely cannot fault the place. Rooms were compact but clean and with all expected amenities. Small but very secure car park. Had a couple of small meals from the restaurant which were excellent (as was the Kir vin blanc!). The best thing about the Kyriad though was the staff - every single person on the team we encountered was friendly, helpful and exceptionally kind. Thank you all!

    Inadequate Bathroom

    Stayed on the 7th May 2024. The hotel was clean. The staff were very friendly. The bedroom was just about adequate. The bathroom was TINY (unacceptably small). No hand towels supplied.The breakfast was poor with 'hot' food being tepid at best.Parking was free. Overall the totally inadequate bathroom spoiled the stay.

    The worst hotel

    The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Have to say that the linen was clean and the staff we met were pleasant. BUT for the rest! Everything was either broken or cracked. Air conditioning too loud to use. No wipe off mat so directly you were in the room it was filthy. Outside there were used condoms at the bottom of the stairs and rubbish all over the parking lot and gravel garden. A disgrace.     Worse hotel stay ever

    We stayed here for one night. Was told the restaurant was only serving pizza. Not a pizza fan so didn’t book a table. Came to the bar for a drink to find out there were other food options! Tried to book a table to be told all other food options were unavailable only pizza or salad left. Staff totally unhelpful. Will not be staying here again!
