    Always seeking clean comfortable well located rooms that will not break the bank. This hotel met all - the two stars on the sign in front is not accurate - would probably give it three - I would return

    No matter how new and beautiful a building may look, it will inevitably become old over time. However, the hospitality of the staff never fades.

    Simple yet very comfortable hotel with prime location

    Chose this hotel mainly for it’s location and access to a private courtyard for our motorbikes. Rooms were comfortable. The bathroom was a bit too small and the shower quickly became a wet room due to the configuration of the room itself. Breakfast was simple but very good, especially the scrambled eggs.

    We’ve stayed here a couple of times over the years but NEVER again.We seem to have been unlucky to book a stay the night before the Tours marathon. The hotel seems to be full of very inconsiderate runners who have made sure that everyone in the hotel has been awake since 5:30am. The hotel is old and the rooms are not soundproofed in any way. Doors have been continuously slammed for hours, people knocking on doors and calling out names, every step trodden on the creaking staircase can be heard, and every pee and toilet flush from the rooms around can be heard as well. I know we have been unlucky on this occasion but any guest making noise can be heard by other rooms around. Definitely not conducive to a good nights sleep. It’s a shame we weren’t warned about this at the time of booking.
