  Horrible. The manager was drunk and insulting. The lobby and hallways smell like the men’s room at a truck stop on the A10. And a tick bug was found in my room!!! Pass. You’ve been warned. Your partner came into our restaurant in an intoxicated state, at a time when it was not yet open, and made inappropriate comments about our team.Despite several requests to respect the established rules, the verbal aggression persisted, necessitating the intervention of the police. In view of these serious breaches of the rules and regulations and of everyone's safety, we had to put an end to your stay. Concerning the room, it had been carefully maintained by our team before your arrival, and no problems had been reported on your part despite the fact that you had already spent the night in this room.   Bad hotell standard.

  Room standard was not good. Bathroom very bad condition. Old shower cabinet, with much black mould in the bottom, between tiles and in the ceiling. They should have done much better cleaning!!! The brekfast was almost ok, but we got too little bread/bageuet almost every day. The bathroom need upgrading as soon as possible!! Too little isolation between rooms.   Don't plan on checking in after 8:30 pm or you'll be left out in the cold

  I couldn't really tell you what this place is all about because I couldn't check in. It turns out, if you come to the hotel after 8:30 pm the hotel is all closed up and you can't check in. As a result, I paid for this hotel and wasn't able to stay in it. As a result, we had to scurry around and find something else. I recommend the Novotel in Ambroise - it was a great place to stay. Additionally, the area outside the hotel is pretty dark/poorly lit at night and members of my party did not feel safe in this area.   Great location terrible hotel

  The location was good but… The sewerage from the toilet came up into the shower base. I told the receptionist and they seemed to know about this issue and they did move us to a different room. The night lock was broken so anyone could walk into the hotel from the street overnight. The wifi was not working on our last night and was still not working when we checked out.The manager would not give us a partial refund and the receptionist asked why we did not tell them that the wifi was not working - the answer to that is that the reception was closed.Terrible experience -if you do stay there avoid room 1 ( sewerage), make sure night access is locked and bring your own data plan.   I stayed in this hotel as part of a cycle touring holiday. It was one of my favourites on the tour, right in the centre of Ambroise. Large, clean rooms, friendly staff and air conditoning which not all hotels in the region have. Good breakfast also.
