Not the best but comfy bed and decent location.

    rating31 Jul 2025

Mixed review. Best described as grubby - well worn and in need of an update and clean. Positives first. Decent location, car parking available, clean and comfy bed. Half decent breakfast and helpful friendly staff. Has fridge and hob for self-catering.Negatives. Unclean outside space. Mould behind curtains on skirting board, no air con and noisy when window/sliding door is open. Open circuit board on wall. Finishing to room in desperate need of clean and coat of paint. Little confusing finding room as this is also a residential apartment block which brings it's own issues. Little privacy unless curtains completely closed. Reality is somewhat different to the impression photos on site give.

    Convenient apartment-hotel for do-it-yourself travelers

    rating11 Jul 2025

Very convenient location, 2 minutes walk from major streetcar stop, 3 min. from train station, 5 min. from Tourist Office, slightly further to an Intermarché supermarket, about 10 min. to main shopping district. Many restaurants of different ethnicities nearby. Easy access to main tourist attractions via public transportation. Quiet location. As is typical of apartment-hotel type lodgings, out-of-room amenities and room services are minimal. Coin laundry room on premises. Part of the facility operates as university student housing, and the front desk staffing hours are not long.No air conditioning. We were there during a heat wave. Some days our room was uncomfortably warm even with a fan.

Handy and good value, stuffy room and tired

    rating07 May 2022

Adequate, handy and good value with a kitchenette, microwave and fridge. Just off the main street and overlooking the station. Onsite paid parking. Our parking reservation vanished and we were lucky to be able to park. Apparently "this happens" so check. The room was hot, and whilst the window opened fully it was overlooked so lacking in privacy. The portable fan was useless and sounded like someone had thrown a pair of scissors into a garbage disposal so I had to turn it off. A bit noisy. with loud guests. The bathroom was really tired, and the pipework dusty. A huge water heater placed over the loo so watch out.

    Excellent location

    rating02 Sept 2019

We stayed in a twin bed studio apartment at a moderate price, worth it as the location is excellent. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a food quarter about 1.5km away which is excellent. The kitchen area is tiny but had electric hobs, microwave and fridge. The bathroom was small but okOverall this was a good place to stay. Tours is a beautiful city.

    Awful

    rating21 Aug 2018

Tried to check in at 18 30 hrs on a Wednesday evening but reception was closed. Finally got a room key by getting the key from a safe. The room and hallway was grubby so we put the key back in the safe and moved to A lovely hotel around the corner. This is not an hotel but rather a rundown aparthotel.
