Desk staff hit and miss
13 Jun 2026
Rooms great, desk staff hit and miss, breakfast very chaotic, lack of bowls, cutlery no unflavoured yoghurt, considering it wasn’t mega busy very disappointing, our least favourite hotel on our Georgia holiday and definitely the least favourite breakfast, could have been special given it’s great location, something is lacking, Brest Western usually better than this

Superb Location!
22 May 2025
We got a suit category room , it was very luxurious and beautiful. The location is probably the best , bang opposite to White bridge , all big supermarkets and malls are around, cafés etc are also around. Go for it , you will love it. Breakfast spread is limited but it’s sufficient. General Manager, Owner at Best Western Kutaisi City Center, responded to this review Dear TajeshThank you so much for sharing your kind feedback. We are delighted to know you enjoyed your stay in our suite and appreciated the comfort and luxury it offers. We’re also glad the central location across from the White Bridge and close to shops, cafés, and malls made your visit more convenient. We appreciate your comment about the breakfast selection. While it is designed to be simple yet sufficient, we will certainly keep your note in mind as we continuously look for ways to improve. It was truly a pleasure to host you, and we look forward to welcoming you back again soon!Warm regards,Best Western Kutaisi Team.
