Really nice hotel, very clean, good service. Rooms are comfortable and clean, you can make coffee and tea in the room and there is a balcony off of the rooms with a small table and chairs which is perfect for sitting and enjoying the views. Everyone was pleasant to deal with. The only drawback was that the pool required an additional fee, so I didn't use it, but everything else was great (including the ability to go to the dining room during the day to buy drinks at any time) and I would definitely stay there again.

Pathetic hotel, everything is chargeable even swimming pool, sauna, very much understaffed, no one picks call at reception, staff is very rude, when asked why they are not picking up my call at reception they say that they are very busy they don't have time as they have many check in, and started shouting at us, and told we will throw you out of the hotelDon't come to this hotel, the receptionist is very very rude

Ours experience at [Gudauri inn] was excellent. The check-in process was smooth, The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The hotel’s location was good and the Amenities like game zone area was cool including the restaurant were top-notch.
