If you want to be SHOCKED, be their guest! Lol!

When you first enter the hotel, it comes across as a warm, cozy, cute hotel with chic interiors and it's gets you all excited for your stay. But from that very moment, it's a downward spiral!- The rooms are small like matchboxes- Zero view from the rooms- If you are a family of 4 including 2 kids, God alone knows, how will you accommodate yourself coz this hotel just can't!- Bfast has a spread, as thin as a wafer. Especially if you are a vegetarian. They don't even serve slices of bread nor do they have a toaster! I asked the staff if they could give us some steamed vegetables as we are Jains and don't eat underground food. She said it takes 2 hrs so not possible (so not true). So I don't her, if I tell you today, can you give me this dish tomorrow? Her reply was: that's not in tomorrow's menu, so not possible!- Their bellboy leaves at 6pm. After that, zero room service. You are on your own for everything - You will probably have to call half a dozen times before someone at the reception answers your call (read: plea/war-cry)- I go to the reception for a hot glass of water at 7am (so that my family doesn't wake up by the voice of the kettle). Guess what: The receptionist is busy sleeping and he has the audacity to tell me - No I won't get any water and you are not allowed here till 8am, please let me sleep for one more hour!We are currently staying at this hotel and the management can feel free to contact us and give an explanation, why such a behaviour from you staff? You have spent good money in decorating this place and making very attractive modern interiors but your staff has zero idea about what hospitality is.

    Memorable stay

    rating10 Sept 2024

The hotel was pretty nice. I stayed there for 4 nights and I can say I was happy with my choice of hotel. The rooms were cozy, clean and well-decorated. The service was good and the staff were quite helpful. The breakfast was mostly acceptable; even though, one morning, it was served pretty cold! I loved the view and the peace and quiet of the hotel. If you plan to book this place you need to have a few things in mind. The rooms do NOT have a view of the city! At least ours did not. It is the restaurant that offers a panoramic view of the city. The hotel is located on top of a hill. So if you like to explore the city on foot, the way to Adamo is really really steep and you will probably need to get a taxi. Also, during our stay there were some weddings and photoshoots taking place in the hotel that affected the availability of the restaurant at night and noon. All in all, recommended and worth a short stay.

    Not happy at all

Have chosen the hotel because of the location and nice view. Hotel gave the worst room , asked to talk to the manager as I just wanted a better view, manager didn’t even show up. Hotel is not fully booked but staff is not oriented to make the stay of the guests better. Room is small and doesn’t have a wardrobe.Won’t recommend.

    Absolute Value for Money

    rating04 Jun 2024

The hotel is classic with a touch of distinctive features. The staff are absolutely amazing from the check in by Maryam to Anton in the restaurant and not to mention Chef Alexander who made the most scrumptious meals. My husband and I enjoyed our stay in RM 308. The upgrade by Maryam had stunning views of the Kura River, the peace Bridge , St. George Statute and the location was very close to the convenience stores as well as the rail cable cars. Anton on the other had took care of our drinks and even gave us a taste of the famous Kindzmarauli red wine. He also advised us to order pork which Chef Alexander clearly understood the assignment. The SPA massage from Lina was relaxing and her soft hands did wonders to our bodies. If asked, we'll definitely stay here again.
