Worst experience of my life

Worst experience dont come here tourists especially, thankfully i am local this was not surprise to me, if you think about relaxing and having chill time with your lover-no, loud music no place to sit in restaurant where it is chill you can only sit on terase which is cold, 0-10 staff 0-10 relax, only food is good and trust me you can find a lot better resort to stay at peace.

Excellent hotel, quality service, location in the center of Tbilisi on the river with a stunning view (unfortunately we did not have a view of the river from the rooms). They upgraded our room without us asking, the room was huge, very clean, very luxurious. Except for the phone that did not work properly in the room, everything was perfect. The dining room was large, the food was very tasty, we always had something to eat even though there is not much choice like in the hotels we are used to, but what was there was very tasty and fresh and we really enjoyed it, the pastries were excellent. It should be noted that the exchange rate at the exchange shop at the hotel was the best of any place we checked in Tbilisi, so it is worth exchanging your money there.

A terrible hotel and service — they are simply scammers. They take your money and then don’t refund it on time. I booked a gala dinner for December 31 and made the payment immediately. Later, it was canceled due to an insufficient number of guests. After that, chaos started with the refund process. It has been two weeks already, and I still haven’t received my refund. This is absolutely outrageous! Be very careful when booking this hotel. I do not recommend this hotel at all!

Serious DisappointmentThe hotel’s physical conditions and overall cleanliness are generally good. The breakfast is truly excellent. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is pleasant, and the location is convenient and well-situated. However, unfortunately, these positive aspects were not enough to compensate for the serious issues we experienced.We made reservations for three separate rooms for three families, all at the same time, through the same person, and at the same price. Despite this, the quality of the rooms was completely different.One room was acceptable, another was mediocre, and the third room was in extremely poor condition. Such significant differences between rooms paid at the same rate clearly indicate unfairness and poor management.We specifically raised this issue at check-in, yet we were told that the hotel was fully booked and nothing could be done. However, both the best room and the worst room were reserved at the same time. This gives the impression that the hotel does not operate with transparency or fairness toward its guests.In addition, the noise level was a serious problem. Our room was assigned as a twin/connecting room next to a family we did not know, and there was constant noise coming through the door, which significantly affected our comfort and rest.Beyond this, the attitude of the staff was unacceptable. The employees were extremely unfriendly, indifferent, and unhelpful. Not even responding to a simple greeting is behavior that should never be tolerated in the tourism industry. It is very clear that there are serious shortcomings in guest relations and basic hospitality training.

An unpleasant personal experience

We went to celebrate a wedding anniversary at the Ambassadori Hotel in Tbilisi. Our experience was not pleasant. A luxurious hotel. Terrible treatment. After two days in the hotel casino, on the third day they banned us from entering and claimed that we were on the blacklist. No explanations, no treatment. They simply told us not to enter and that was it. We play slot machines for our own enjoyment, so the ban on entry was strange and illogical. We did not like the attitude. We will never go back there. I recommend that you consider another hotel.
