  A Good hotel with friendly staff spoiled by street noise.

  On the plus side this is a basic, reasonably hotel with very friendly, helpful staff in a good location in Vera. Our bedroom was large and comfortable and the bathroom was excellent with a wet room. We had no complaints.Sadly there were two main areas of problem. Although we accept that there is very little that the hotel can do about it, the noise from the adjacent street is significant and prevented us from sleeping, especially on Friday and Saturday when the restaurant and bar over the road operates 24 hours! people are outside drinking and making noise all night. Car horns going, raised voices and on two occasions the Police were called.The breakfast buffet is good but very rarely changes and much of the food is very cold, even the food that is supposed to be warm.   Great co-working space and a very cozy room. The hotel is modern, clean, and perfectly located in the center of Tbilisi, making it easy to get around the city. I especially appreciated the co-working area — comfortable, quiet, and ideal for getting work done. The room was compact but well designed, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. What really stood out was the excellent service: the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.   Good but small rooms, no safebox, no refrig, no shampoo, good breakfast

  It is a good hotel but only if you don't want stay a long time in hotel.The rooms are so small, also it does have any shampoo or refrigerator so you have to fill the water from a tank in hallway.There is no safebox and no view from the rooms but it has a very good location if you want to have access to different parts of city.But the breakfast is good enough with much variety in different things to start the day.   First of all, thank you very much to the friends who are at the reception. Nikan was very helpful when we arrived around 5 in the morning. We forgot the wallet in the taxi.
