  Worst hotel I have stayed at

  The location is the only redeeming feature; everything else is unacceptable. This is the worst hotel experience I have had; definitely not a 5-star hotel. The service is poor and, at times, openly disrespectful.Basic disposable amenities—such as toothpaste, a toothbrush, or a shaving kit—are not provided at all. Even requesting a bottle of water turned into an unnecessary issue, as payment was demanded immediately with no option to settle at checkout. The staff’s behavior is particularly disappointing; some Iranian staff members were rude and dismissive, with one staff member, Sepehr, being especially unprofessional.   Very Bad Room Service

  Poor service, Rooms are good. But Hotel service is very bad. Demanding money for each & every thing. Hotel reservation department behaved rudely.   The room service is the worst! They do not fill out room service properly, the sheets were dirty with blood stains on them!   Terrible!!! Fraud Hotel

  We checked in on 9th October 2025. They allotted us 2 rooms but room was so small that you can not accommodate couple with luggage. in such a small room there was pillar so even movement is difficult. Finally the Air conditioner was not working. despite giving them several reminder finally they said they have no resource to support it. We slept in hot room without AC and Fan. Although we had booking for 5 nights we checked out on very second day morning. I strongly recommend not to book this hotel by reading fake videos and trick photogrpaphy.   A good hotel with a few problems

  It is a nice place located in the modern part of the city. Our room was on the 17th floor with a great view over the city. The room was spacious and the extra bed was big and comfortable ( we were three people) the staff were helpful and responsible. There was a water leakage on our bathroom which was checked the same night and was fixed the day after. Cleanness was phenomenal and toiletries were complete. There was an iron too. The only problem was the breakfast buffet which had good quality but the options were somewhat limited. (Few pastries, no nuts, no hot milk ...) and the dining salon is small and cramped.
