Fabulous hotel and excellent breakfast. Modern hotel with great amenities in good location clise to sightseeing. Free use of pool and sauna. I will come back for sure.

⭐️ Very Disappointing and Unsafe ExperienceI’m extremely disappointed with my recent stay at Shota Hotel. While we were out, someone entered our room despite the Do Not Disturb sign on the door, and money along with a watch totaling roughly USD 1,000 went missing from our bag.When we reported the incident to the management, the response was shocking. Instead of investigating, checking cameras, or even showing concern, they simply repeated that we “should have used the locker” and that the hotel takes no responsibility for any lost items. This was said even though someone clearly entered the room without permission.This is the first time I’ve experienced something like this in any hotel. The lack of accountability, unwillingness to review CCTV, and complete disregard for guest safety are unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to think twice before staying here if they value security and basic professionalism. Stylish and comfortable in the heart of the city

A lovely hotel that combines stylish decor with comfort in a great location. The rooms and public areas are beautifully designed so this hotel will appeal to all design fans. My room was huge, with a very comfy bed and a great shower plus plenty of space. There was a good selection of breakfast items. Staff were helpful. The location is ideal, being just off Rustaveli Avenue, near the parliament building, just a 10 minute walk from Freedom Square and about the same from Rose Revolution Square. There are lots of cafes, restaurants and shops within a couple of minutes’ walk of the hotel.

Really a prefect stay. Kind staff, clean (huge), stylish room with a proper king sized bed. Very comfortable. Loved the decor. The breakfast was top notch - not a generic buffet. And as an added bonus, the do not disturb sign was the cutest I’ve ever seen. I will 100% book again when I return to Tbilisi.
