WORST HOTEL IN TBLISI!!!

This hotel is not worth it to stay!!No water was provided in the room.They ask for payment even we explain that there is no water.The hotel service is bad! The reception is not good!! We are in 104.. the bed is noisy, only 1tissue in the toilet.. the bedsheets are very old. They provide complimentary coffee but there is no water. The sense is crazy!!!! WEVE STAY IN BEST WESTERN, IBIS BUT TBLISI INN IS THE WORST!

The receptionist said that since the breakfast room was constraction, he would deliver the breakfast for my breakfast in a box, and in the evening he had put a piece of fruit (I think she picked it from a tree next to the hotel), two biscuit slices (not a pack of biscuits) and salami between two thin slices of bread in a cheap box. He served this to us in a completely unhygienic and unprofessional manner. Believe me, even a homeless would not accept this breakfast. We did not even touch the ridiculous, insufficient and unhygienic breakfast they served. The hot water was not working. We could not shower. When I reported it to the receptionist, he said to wait and it would come. I had already told him after waiting for 20 minutes, but he said there was nothing he could do. The receptionist and behavior were very harsh, rude and disrespectful. The air conditioner was not working and only made noise. I could not sleep because of the cold. I got sick in the morning because of the cold and the filth. The room smelled terrible. The bed had been used for perhaps over 10 years and was the most uncomfortable, filthy, and old bed I've ever seen. It made a loud noise just by moving your foot. The room was filthy. There was hair and dust everywhere. They'd swept the filth under the bed. Even the previous guests' trash was still there. I think I would have been better off staying on a street bench. This hotel needs to be inspected and shut down immediately.

Good location for Metro and old town.Clean, and adequate room, nothing to get excited about.Breakfast fine.Reasonable value if you check comparison sites.

Perfect location let down by lazy managers

Needed a hotel near the train station and this certainly was located well.The place was let down by its staff, lazy and unmotivated staff who basically do the absolute minimum and even then act like its a big deal to do their job.The duty manager is completely lazy. There are junior staff, (young adult male) who did a great job and the breakfast was excellent.Very delicious and well prepared. The hotel itself is fine for a trip to the train station and central location but I believe there are better places to stay

Avoid at all costs, there are better options in the area with the same price. Here is my detailed experience: The Bad: 1. Don't expect the bedsheets to be changed daily or the room to be swept . We stayed for 6 nights & the linen were changed just once! (That too only after we complained for a few days)2. I had paid for an upgraded room with a king size bed, but instead was given a small double bed. When asked about the discrepancy, they simply said all the beds are of the same size. Why even bother advertising a king size bed then for an additional cost! 3. Breakfast options were extremely limited. Don't bother paying for their breakfast if you are vegan / vegetarian. It isn't bad if you consume meat. 4. My wife's slippers had gone missing from the room on Day 1 from inside the room when we had gone sightseeing. When I asked at the reception, they said they'll check - but they never did! 5. Receptionist wasn't helpful. The Good:1. The location is the only redeeming factor about this place as most of the attractions are at walkable distances.
