  It’s like they looked at every aspect of having a hotel, found the utter, absolute minimum to accomplish it, and then took a step down from there.First, the name: Hotel B&B. Breakfast is not included. So it’s actually just the Hotel B. I have no doubt they deliberately chose the name to mislead people.Room design- A first year student could have told them what they did wrong.- Besides that, the bathroom area looked like something you’d find in a prison.- In my room the TV was visible only from the far side of the room..Room comfort- No furniture! Just some stools that looked like they cost 5€ at IKEA.- The desk was teeny, just big enough for a laptop and a bottle of water. And without a chair, it was not comfortable to sit there.Poor construction- I could hear the people in the next room through the wall.- Footsteps in the hallways resounded in my room, and people were not stomping, just walking.- Worst was the doors. They are closed by aggressive hydraulic cylinders, and every time a door was closed, anywhere on three floors, it echoed around my room.I will not stay there again, and probably not even stay in that chain.BTW, this hotel is absolutely NOT “budget”.

  A spacious, clean room. A quiet hotel in the centre. You may have fo wait to chevk in. A standard hotel.Available through Booking.com, useful for any travellers who need to stay in the centre. Close to Carolus Thermal Spa (within walking distance).

  Hotel is close to shops, restaurants, attractions and Bushof. Hotel was quiet and room was comfortable. I recommend this hotel. I had breakfast at nearby bakeries, not at the hotel (better value, and hotel breakfast room seemed too small on busy mornings).

  Lovely stay in Aachen

  I stayed with my family at B&B Aachen recently. It was recommended by a friend. The staff was amazing and very kind. They were very accommodating while we checked in, making sure our families were all staying in the same floor. The rooms were very clean, spacious with comfortable beds. Parking entrance is in the back of the hotel. We made sure with the staff that our rental SUV fit the parking elevator. Location couldn’t be any better. Central, close to the main square, shops, and restaurants.

  Good budgt hotel, clean, but expect only the essential minimum

  Budget hotel: clean rooms, everything what you need is there, but don't expect any luxury. As the rooms are quite large, it would be good to have a larger desk and proper chairs (instead of simple stools). There should be a place to put shower towels in the bathroom. Breakfirst is good for a budget hotel: coffee is good and they have fruit salad. I wish they would also have croissants. Overall, I can recommend the hotel for a few days in Aachen. The location is very convenient.
