    A very good hotel which is clean, comfortable and has excellent service. I stayed here on business for one night and it provided everything I needed for a trip, including a good desk, well designed room and comfort. I would certainly stay here again.

    I am not happy to visit this hotel First of all the room is old.Fridge not working, Not to much space to the room.Breakfast not taste.The staff was rude at the restaurant not smiling..Also in the reception they not smiling the staff I told many times for the fridge and not someone didn't come.

    Neat hotel just outside low emission zone

    This is a very clean/neat hotel located just outside the 'Umweltzone'. For our stay of just 1 night it is a good solution to avoid the cost of a mandatory sticker on your car. However, they charge €8 for the parking. The main reason why I just gave it 3*. So, maybe better to find a hotel within the Umweltzone with free parking ;)The room is good, you can open a window, comfortable bed, very good buffet breakfast with plenty of choice, friendly staff.

    Great hotel, very clean and friendly Staff! We stayed two nights and felt very relaxed and the hotel is quiet as well. We wanted to have quick acces to Aachen and as well the highway - good solution for people going to Spa race circuit as we did!

    Great hotel, good service, perfect Autobahn location, clean, all positive. However, drop the bill on your creditcard, because this hotel refuses to release the reservation made on your credit card. They tell you they did and blame your bank, but they don't release your reservation leaving you with an amount less to spend on your credit card for which you paid in cash.
