  I had a very frustrating experience with my stay at B&B HOTEL Baden-Airpark booked through Booking.com.I arrived at the hotel at 1:30 AM and was unable to check in using the self-service machine, which repeatedly showed “reservation not found,” despite having a confirmed booking. There was no prior communication with clear instructions, no check-in code, and no guidance on how to access the room after hours.After calling the emergency number, I was told in a very dismissive and unprofessional tone that I was “already checked in,” and only then was I given the room number and PIN — information that I had never received beforehand.This is completely unacceptable. If the hotel operates with automated check-in, guests MUST receive all necessary access details in advance. Leaving a guest locked outside in the middle of the night with no proper support is not just inconvenient — it’s irresponsible.Additionally, the attitude of the staff on the phone made the situation worse instead of helping resolve it professionally.I expected much better from both Booking.com and B&B HOTEL. Clear communication and basic customer service should not be optional.I would not recommend this hotel, especially for late arrivals.

  Booked hotel via Expedia as arriving on a late flight from uk. Great location steps from the arrivals hall at the airport. Upon arrival as was late the front desk was closed. I was aware of this and was given codes to check in. However the codes would not work on the screens in reception. Called the emergency number listed no answer, tried another 10 times no answer. After around 40 minutes got a call back and they gave the appropriate codes to access our room. Feel as we booked via a 3rd party a step was missed to provide the correct codes which I’m sure if booking direct wouldn’t have happened. Lesson learnt for me! Room was as expected, clean, warm and comfortable bed and had everything we needed. Even a view of the airport! Didn’t stay for breakfast so can’t comment on this. One thing to note was there is no security lock on the hotel main doors, whilst we were trying to contact the emergency number a number of people came into the reception area and I think slept the night on the sofas, and another group set up in the breakfast area. As no staff on site anyone could come and go and feel the public areas of the hotel were used by those with no accommodation. Something to note of travelling alone, especially if emergency number is not easily answered. Hotel really needs another method for contact if not offering a 24hour reception, especially for a big chain such as such as B&B

  The rooms are small but very neat and equipped. The mattress is comfortable. the hotel is located right across from the airport and is a great place to sleep between flights. the airport is closed after midnight and there is no choice but to rent a room in this hotel. coffee and candy machines are available in the lobby. if you are not at breakfast, bring something to eat because there is nothing nearby overnight.

  Had a 6.00am flight out of Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden airport at the end of our short break, so this hotel was brilliant. It is literally across the street. The 285 hourly bus from Baden Baden takes you to the doorstep. Quick registration and we were up in our room. Clean and spacious - no frills; it is just to stay one night before or after your early/late flight. One complaint.... the mattress was as hard as nails. Considering you only pay for hotels like these to sleep the night, it is always a mystery to me why hotels don't invest in a proper high quality mattress.

  Stayed here with my daughter one night in june. Communication with hotel was very good , asked for - and received- a twin bed room. Had an early flight, hotel is located approximately 50m from airport entrance , very convenient. Also very close to the car return stations (sixt, europcar).Room was clean but on the smaller side , no complaints as we only went there to get a few hours of sleep. No coffee making facilities in the room which was a disappointment for me , although there were cofee vending machines downstairs near reception. Overall recommended if you have an early flight.
