    What wonderful reception staff. Super friendly, explained everything well and went above and beyond to find us a phone charger. Rooms and breakfast are good. Very clean, private and equipped.

    Hotel attached to a restaurant, about a 20 minute walk to centre or catch a bus (stap 50 meters from hotel). Hotel is very clean, older establishment. No airconditioning, a fan is provided. Bed & pillows good, bathroom with shower ok. Breakfast was good, had a reasonable selection. No 24 hour front desk, restaurant open till 11pm & they can arrange entry

    Stayed for 1N whilst in Baden-Baden. The room was good, although lacking in a kettle. I don't necessarily expect complimentary coffee supplies, however a kettle is a must-have for an decent hotel room. No other issues in that respect.Breakfast was good - a good range of continental breakfast options.Parking very convenient, just opposite the hotel main entrance.

    Lovely hotel not far at all from the old town. The staff is very helpful and kind and breakfast is delicious. No lift but we knew it. There’s a car park for guests which is great! Highly recommendable. The room was spacious and clean. Highly recommendable!

    Booked last minute due to change in travel plans. Great service at check in, suite was immaculately clean, comfortable and a good size for our family of four plus our dog. Used the restaurant for our evening meal and breakfast both of which were really good. Walking distance to the city centre. Highly recommended.
