Location

This hotel is located in the centre of Baden-Baden. Guests will find the nearest restaurants just 100 m away, and it is 200 m to links to the public transport network.     Perfect location for driving without having to go into the centre of town.Parking underneath the hotel and paid for.Comfortable and clean rooms, additional fan was in room and welcomed.Breakfast had a good choice.The staff on check in (male) was very friendly.

    Had a most enjoyable stay here. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Room was very quiet and spotless. Breakfast was standard fare. The only minus point was that the breakfast tables weren’t cleared quickly enough. I’d certainly consider staying here again.     Central Hotel Friendly Staff

    Hotel is about a 10min walk from the town centre. Check in was very good with two gentleman. Our room wasn’t overly large but very clean and we had the windows open as there a/c wasn’t working, but they are offering free soft drinks in the reception which is a nice touch. Breakfast was nice with lots of choices but not a lot of room especially when people stay after they’ve eaten talking to friends.     Nice, convenient place to stay

    Nice hotel, conveniently located. Breakfast won’t blow you away but is good enough, plenty of options. Very friendly staff at the front desk, who helpfully provided a fan because the air conditioning was broken and we were in the middle of a heatwave. The room was clean but quite small. However, it was good enough for our purposes and the beds were comfy. There were also free ice lollies you could help yourself to in the lobby. Walking distance to the town centre and Baden-Baden is a lovely place to visit. I would stay here again.     Didn’t sleep well.

    The hotel staff were friendly and the room was clean and tidy. The air conditioning was broken and the weather very hot. Staff did not know when the aircon would be repaired and they had no fans. The window in our room was broken and staff were not interested in helping to fix it. We left the window open to try and cool the room but noisy deliveries to the hotel woke us early. We did not sleep well.
