Located opposite the Berlin Tierpark, this hotel is only around 10 min from the city centre. Facility

90 suites, 30 single rooms and 157 double rooms are located on 10 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas.     Pros:- room is clean- heater is working - water pressure is good- average breakfast spread- near to a supermarketCons:- still using keys to manually unlock and lock room door- pillows are too soft

    The hotel is located in a 5 minutes walk from Tierpark U-Bahn station, line U5, which is directly connected to all central locations and with a Central train station. It takes about 15 minutes to get to Alexanderplatz. This is really good thing about the hotel. The breakfast was really decent, with large selection of cold and warp options. The restaurant is quite large and pleasant. Also the price, in comparison to other Berlin hotels, is not very high. However, many things could be better. First of all, there was no air conditioning in the room. My sleep was not comfortable at all because of very hot weather. Another strange thing about the hotel, during my stay (3 nights) my room has not been cleaned ! Maid has never entered my room !

    Abacus Tierpark Hotel is perfect for business travellers who do not know when exactly they will arrive. As the name suggests you are also next door to Berlin's famous zoo, an attraction worth 1 or 2 days of visits.Friendly and competent staff, good breakfast buffet - it's all nice. You can park paid under surveillance or for free without. I use the hotel 2-3 times a year.

    This amazing hotel is located in Germany, in the city of Berlin is a well known hotel were people around world love staying, having fun and relaxing there body and soul. There are security all over life and properties are well guided.

    Hot weather no air conditioning. Breakfast good help yourself, evening meals very poor let down by staff who treated you like second class citizens. Trying to order a beer was a case of should you order it at the table or at the bar. The older lady waitress had a face like thunder....miles out of the centre of Berlin too.
