    It was a great experience. The staff was very helpful. The rooms are very spacious. We booked a studio appartment (the smallest type) but it was still very large. With a seperate sitting/kitchen area.

    We arrived not much after 9 am after an overnight train to Berlin. My sister wasn't feeling well, and the hotel very kindly not only gave us our room that early, but upgraded us to a larger apartment. Everything was lovely - the room was well appointed with comfortable beds, and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Very good breakfast buffet. Highly recommend.
