    Rooms ok, service very friendly, Cleanliness fine, Breakfeast facilities to small for the number of guests. More a Hostel than a hotel but excellent location in the city center

    Shower drain was blocked for entire holiday, even though we mentioned to staff serval times which meant the was an awful smell and therefore had really sore throats as it made us all ill. The room was not cleaned for the 4 days we were there so the bin was over flowing by the time we left, had to ask for towels to be replaced as our room was not cleaned. Staff were all helpful and the bar area was nice, we were given a 28 quid voucher for the bar for the issue of the drain not being fixed which was a nice gesture, convenient location close to zoo and train station .

    This was the second time I have stayed at the Aletto Ku'damm in Berlin for work, and overall it continues to be a good option for business trips.The hotel is in a very strategic location, close to public transport and many services, which makes it very convenient for getting around the city. The structure is modern, clean, and generally very quiet. My room, in particular, was extremely silent, which made it easy to rest after long working days.Breakfast is varied and of good quality, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and I would especially like to mention Francesco at the reception, who is always kind, professional, and ready to help with any request.There are a few aspects that could be improved. In the room I had this year, the internet signal was not very strong, which can be a bit inconvenient when traveling for work. Occasionally there was also an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom pipes. Additionally, the lighting in the room could be better, as it felt a bit dark once the curtains were closed.Despite these small issues, the hotel remains a comfortable and quiet place to stay, and I would still consider it again for future trips to Berlin.

    The location is really close to the metro station, so it is easy to move from there. The atmosphere is friendly and familiar, the receptionists are relly kind and easily approachable. The hotel was really crowded but the rooms were silent and well isolated.The rooms were really clean as well.The television was abit old and we could not really watch anything.The negative part was a bad smell coming from the canteen as soon as we arrived. It was like egg smell but really strong. Luckily, we did not let that bad smell stop us from enjoying the hotel because for the rest it was really clean and the beds comfortable. It is mainly visited by sports groups or classes on school trips.
