    Return visitors. Love it here. Amazing views (superior room floor 5) … and a warm welcome. Like the quirky style and unusual room layout, with movable screens and curtaining. Products all vegan mindful - as was breakfast. Someone for everyone, including nice late night drinks service.

    stayed in arcotel velvet hotel in first week of Oct 2025. A very downbeat experience.Room is much much smaller than what is shown in the pictures online and also it is quite dirty with old fixtures and furniturs. Despite being a hotel it works like a small time lodge with no daily cleaning services like any other hotel. water is not replenished. Kettle was not working, curtains and towels were torn. Staff was rude and arrogant. Breakfast items finished much in advance on most days and they would refused to replenish even the bread. One had to shout and ask for the manager and then the bread appeared in 2 minutes. All in all an avoidable experience.

    The location is close to public transportation and walking distance from many historic sites. The room is clean, comfortable, and has all the basics and simple furniture. Enjoyed a view to the main street and didn't hear any noise despite the busy street. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. Breakfast is tasty and has a good simple variety.

    I just got back from staying at the ARCOTEL Velvet in Berlin, and it was really great. The rooms were super nice and comfy, which was a big plus after a long day exploring the city. The location is fantastic—right between the Tiergarten and Alexanderplatz, so you're close to everything.Even though it's in a pretty busy area, the rooms are really quiet, which was a nice surprise. Slept like a rock. The breakfast was amazing too, with loads of options and really good value. The public transport is right in front of the door, so you get everywhere easily. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always happy to lend a hand.Overall, I had a fantastic time at the ARCOTEL Velvet. It's a great choice if you're looking for a comfortable place to stay in a central spot. Highly recommended!

    Ok, breakfest a bit of a dissapointment

    Room was clean and really good size. You can leave your luggage there before you get your room and also after when you alreade sing out. One point went away because breakfest space. It was really crouded and quite noisy. The reservation was on the same area and people went ina md out. Part of the tables were next to lift and that was a bit disturbing. The breakfest it self was ok, nothing special.
