    Great location but......

    Perfect location. Straight off the train, cross the road, and there you are!Ideal if you're on a late flight.Reception shuts at 10pm so make sure you let them know and they will give you access information. Very helpful.We arrived absolutely shattered at about 1 in the morning.Followed information and got to room o.k.Oh dear then it was a bit disappointing.Very little compared to the pictures on the site.It needs TLC!..desperately.It really is a lack lustre experience which is such a shame as the building and location are superb.Basically ....Basic.if that's what you want and you get it for a good price. Ideal. Charlottenburg is a beautiful place.

    We have been there for a week in may! Staff is so kind and the hotel is clean, comfortable and moreover closed to S-Bahn and near to good restaurants and bar! Perfect! I think we’ll come back here! Thank you !

    Threw away personal items and smoky room

    Do not stay here. The maid threw away our personal items (I had to go outside and find them in the big bins) whilst ‘cleaning’ our room when we were out of the room. The bathrooms constantly smell of smoke (like someone who smokes 40 cigarette a day) and can be suffocating, I found it difficult to use the small bathroom because of this, extractor fan didn’t work which didn’t help the air circulation.

    The bathrooms are sometimes dirty and the bed sheets too , The breakfast is top tier and the staff are very much friendly.Other than the cleanliness the hotel is favorable.But I’d advice people to check on the beds.

    The guest service is friendly. I liked the spaciousness of the room & having a balcony, (smallish)The train station is just across the st. It's easy walking distance to the supermarket & a longer walk to Charlottenburg Schloss. There's a courtyard for outdoor socialising & drinks.The main thing is it's close to the train station.
