Location

This city hotel is situated at Lietzenburger Strasse 13-15, in the district of Schöneberg, the heart of Berlin's gay scene. In the 1920s, Schöneberg was the epicentre of the action in Berlin, a source of inspiration for the musical cabaret. Bars, restaurants, bookstores, discos, cinemas and fashion shops with style and glamour form an extensive hedonistic universe steeped in history. The establishment lies just a few steps away from the legendary KaDeWe department store, as well as the main commercial street, the Ku'Damm, where the top, international fashion stores are to be found. Wittenbergplatz is the nearest underground station and is just 100 metres away, whilst Tiergarten Zoo is 2 km from the hotel. Tegel International Airport and Schönefeld Airport are 8 and 22 km away respectively.

Facility

11 junior suites, 5 suites, 5 single rooms and 64 double rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Rooms

    Stayed here for 3 nights July 2025 with my partner. He’d surprised me for my birthday back in March with a trip to Berlin and liked the look of this hotel. Check-in was easy and we received a nice welcome. Up in the room we had everything we needed, a nice clean room all smart and clean lines, blackout curtains and comfortable bed plus welcome lollipops which was a nice touch! The shower and sink is within the room with shower being separated by glass which was fine by us and a toilet separated by a sliding door. It was particularly hot weather in Berlin and the rest of the hotel was a little too warm till eventually windows were opened that helped improve things however the room was fine as the air-con was good. What was also good in the room was a couple of hooks on the wall to hang jackets etc I often think the majority of hotels are missing this however an extra hook at the shower area would be good for towels as the one wasn’t enough. The hotel was quiet of a night allowing for a good nights sleep which we got. We spent a bit of time in spa area upstairs using the hot tub in a sheltered outside area just unfortunate it couldn’t be switched on for the bubbles as it appeared to be broken with no sign of it being fixed whilst we were there. We used steam room and sauna which were a nice touch. The hotel also has a restaurant which we didn’t use. We weren’t sure if this also contained a bar area that could be used we did decide to go take a look one evening however there appeared to be a private event on. We felt the hotels location was a good spot, plenty of restaurants & bars near by including gay bars and close to a metro station. All in all a really good hotel with friendly staff. We loved staying here for our first stay in Berlin. I wouldn’t mind staying at again if me and my partner were to return to Berlin!

    The hotel was fun and beautiful. The staff was so friendly and professional. I was greeted each time I walked by. The rooms division manager was helping someone and after their interaction she made it a point to walk around the desk just to say hello while I was waiting for the elevator. Fabien, Ishan and Nerbiop(sp?) were fantastic staffing decisions! Kudos to them!     i stayed there for 5 nights . Good location, nice hotel but the best is the staff, always smiling and willing to help and make you feel like home. Thank you to Kevin and Fabian for helping me with all changes and for their professionalism and smile. Giga at breakfast , Ishan and Milan at recoeption and also to housekeeping , sorry i don’t know her name but there was a woman who each day was so nice wishing me a good day . An hotel is about their people and what an ikcredible staff . And at least but last Nereida who was everywhere making sure we had a a wonderful stay .     Visited here with my friend last week. Staff couldn’t be friendlier. Rooms clean and great amenities. Great location too. Definitely recommend. Small shop right outside (cash only) and 4 min walk from the underground!
